✅ What It Means to Mark Copy as Used

Marking copy as used doesn’t change the content itself. It simply acts as a visual tracker to show that a specific post, email, or message has already been put to use.

It’s ideal when you want to:

  • Avoid reposting the same content
  • Coordinate with team members
  • Track your progress across all content types

🖱 How to Mark Copy as Used

  1. Scroll to any piece of copy you’ve already shared (like a Facebook post, text message, or email).
  1. Click the checkbox next to “Is used.”
  1. That’s it! The checkbox will stay checked even if you leave and come back.

Want to undo it? Just uncheck the box.

💡 Why It’s Helpful

This feature is especially useful when:

  • You’re scheduling content across multiple platforms
  • You’re collaborating with a team
  • You want a simple way to track what’s been posted without relying on memory

Think of it like a built-in checklist—helping you stay focused, organized, and on track.
