How to Mark Copy as Used
Stay organized and track what you’ve already shared.
Inside your Copy Package, you’ll find a simple checkbox under each piece of content labeled “Is used.” This feature helps you keep track of which copy you’ve already posted, sent, or scheduled—so nothing falls through the cracks.

✅ What It Means to Mark Copy as Used
Marking copy as used doesn’t change the content itself. It simply acts as a visual tracker to show that a specific post, email, or message has already been put to use.
It’s ideal when you want to:
- Avoid reposting the same content
- Coordinate with team members
- Track your progress across all content types
🖱 How to Mark Copy as Used
- Scroll to any piece of copy you’ve already shared (like a Facebook post, text message, or email).
- Click the checkbox next to “Is used.”
- That’s it! The checkbox will stay checked even if you leave and come back.
Want to undo it? Just uncheck the box.
💡 Why It’s Helpful
This feature is especially useful when:
- You’re scheduling content across multiple platforms
- You’re collaborating with a team
- You want a simple way to track what’s been posted without relying on memory
Think of it like a built-in checklist—helping you stay focused, organized, and on track.
