How to Regenerate Copy in Your Copy Package

Quickly create a fresh version of any post, email, or message—with just one click.

Sometimes you want a different version of what’s been generated—whether it’s to try new language, adjust the tone, or find something that fits better. ChurchCopy.ai makes that simple with the Regenerate feature.

Here’s how to do it:

Step-by-Step: Regenerating a Piece of Copy

Notion image
  1. Determine which content you want to regenerate
    1. In the left sidebar, choose the section that contains the block you want to update:

      • Social Media Posts
      • Email Campaign
      • Text Messages, etc.
  1. Click “Regenerate”
    1. Under the specific content block (like “Event Announcement” or “Countdown Post”), click the Regenerate button.

  1. Compare both versions
    1. A pop-up will appear showing:

      • The Current version on the left
      • The Regenerated version on the right (which may take a moment to load)
  1. Choose your preferred version
    1. Click Current to keep what you had, or Regenerated to save the new version.

💡 Not loving the new version? No problem. Select “Current” to keep your original, then click “Regenerate” again to get a completely new option.

      🔁 Things to Know

      • Only that block changes
        • Regeneration affects one content block at a time. Your other copy remains untouched.

      • You can regenerate multiple times
        • Not happy with the first alternative? Hit Regenerate again for a brand-new take.

      • Editing? Do it after you finalize
        • If you plan to manually tweak a post, it’s best to regenerate first—regenerating again will overwrite your custom edits.
