How ChurchCopy.ai Works

You don’t need to be a communications expert to use ChurchCopy.ai. It’s designed to be fast, flexible, and ridiculously simple.


Step 1: Fill Out a Short Form

Start by selecting what you need to promote—an event, sermon series, ministry push, volunteer need, or anything else. Then fill in the core details:

  • Title and description
  • Ministry area (like Students, Churchwide, Outreach)
  • Date, time, and location
  • Audience (who it’s for)
  • What you want people to do next (the “call to action”)

You’ll also choose a tone—like Pastoral, Invitational, Fun, Urgent, or Sermon Series—to help shape the voice of your content.

If your church has added a mission and vision statement in the Church Settings tab, we automatically fuse that into our prompt engine behind the scenes. This makes every piece of copy more aligned with your unique heart and language as a church.

 

Step 2: Get a Full Copy Package

Once you submit the form, ChurchCopy.ai generates a ready-to-use content package tailored to your specific context. You’ll instantly receive:

  • Social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Email invitations and reminders
  • SMS/text reminders
  • A Sunday morning announcement script
  • Follow-up messages (if applicable)
