This guide will walk you through the two essential steps to get up and running fast:
- Set up your Church Identity
- Create your First Copy Package
1. Set Up Your Church Identity
Your Church Identity powers every Copy Package and ensures that it sounds like you — not generic. Here's how to set it up:
- Click the Settings tab at the top right of your screen
- Click the Church tab under Account Settings
- Fill in the prompts:
- Church Name
- Church Website
- Church Vision
- Church Mission
- Desired Tone
- “Do Not Say” List
- Click Save Changes
✅ Tip: You can make changes at any time and it will be reflected in all future Copy Packages.
2. Create Your First Copy Package
Now that your Church Identity is set, it’s time to generate a complete set of promotional content for an upcoming event, service, or series.
- Click Create New Package
- Fill out the Details section
- Event Name
- Description — the more specific, the better
- Select date(s)
- Select the relevant ministry area
- Determine your Call to Action
You can choose multiple calls to action and link a website or registration form. Pro Tip: Keep it simple! One or two Calls to Action will keep your Copy Package clear and effective
- Choose your Content Style
Determine how you want the content within your Copy Package to feel. Your choice in Content Style will help shape the tone of your generated content.
- Click Generate Copy Package
