If you're expecting a Copy Package in your inbox but it hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — here are a few quick steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
✅ Step 1: Check your spam or promotions folder
Sometimes emails may land in your spam, junk, or promotions tab. Search for ChurchCopy.ai or the subject line of the request to help locate it.
✅ Step 2: Confirm the email address on file
The Copy Package is sent to the email address linked to your ChurchCopy.ai account.
To double-check or update your email:
- Go to your account settings.
- Verify that the email listed is correct and active.
✅ Step 3: Re-send the Copy Package
If the email is correct but you still don’t see it:
- Go to the generated Copy Package.
- Click the email icon again.
- Wait a few minutes and check your inbox once more
